Despite the fact that there are a number of similar platforms available for you to choose from, you put your faith and time in TheCloudBill and we appreciate that. This policy covers the efforts we will make if in case we fail to meet our customer’s expectations.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION REFUND
If at any time during the first 7 days of your paid monthly subscription you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If nothing seems to help address your requirements, we will gladly offer you a full refund for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION REFUND
TheCloudBill doesn’t force any party into buying an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose. In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the already-low monthly subscription cost. If at any time during your first 28 days of using our services you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If nothing seems to address your requirements, we will gladly offer you a full refund for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan.
We want our clients to be completely happy and satisfied with our service throughout the entire contract, not only during the first 30 days (in case of monthly subscription) and the first 28 days (in case of annual subscription). So we go beyond that. If at any time during the contract we remove, break or discontinue any functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it in a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a prorated refund for the remainder of your contract.
For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will not be auto-renewed until you yourself decide to pay to continue using our services. Every time before your subscription expires, we will send you an email notifying about the number of days that are remaining in your subscription. Similarly, every time after you renew manually, we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted along with the next renewal date.
We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it has already been charged. That’s why we never auto renew the subscriptions. If your subscription has expired and you decide to manually renew your plan, we will not process any refunds later in that case.
EXCEPTIONS FOR REFUND
Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (full or pro-rated) when we have suspended or terminated your access to TheCloudBill Services due to violation of any of our Terms of Service.
